This website is operated under the brand HousingDuniya. The legal business and trade name is Housing Duniya, a proprietorship.

- This website presents our construction, architectural design and interior services.
- It shows no prices. Every project is quoted individually.
- Using “Request Custom Quotation” or submitting an enquiry asks us to get in touch. It is not an order, a booking or a payment.
- There is no online payment, cart or checkout on this website.
What this website is for
To let you learn about Housing Duniya services for building, designing and finishing homes, and to let you tell us about your project so we can prepare a custom quotation.
Custom quotations, not instant prices
Every project is quoted individually. Final pricing depends on site conditions, specifications, material selection, location logistics and the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). A quotation is not binding on either side until the parties separately accept it in a written agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.
What sending an enquiry means
When you submit an enquiry you will see an enquiry reference. That reference only shows that we received your details. It does not mean we have accepted a job, reserved a date or agreed a price. Our team will contact you to discuss your project. Please give correct contact details so we can reach you.
No online payment
This website has no payment gateway, cart or checkout, and we do not collect payments through it. If anyone asks you for an online payment in the name of HousingDuniya, please confirm it with us first using the contact details on this website before you pay.

Agreements for each project
The scope, price, payment schedule, warranties and dispute handling for a project are set out in a written agreement for that project, which binds the parties only once both have accepted it. They are not described on this website.
